My Recovery Companion App
Recovery, in your pocket on your terms!

Mission
Healing doesn't only happen in the therapy room. It happens at 2am when your mind won't settle. In the car before you walk into work. In the quiet after a hard conversation. That's where Your Recovery Companion comes in.
Built from the ground up by a Mental Health Accredited Social Worker, this app brings evidence-based trauma recovery tools into everyday life - gently, practically, and without judgment.
What's inside?
Guided practices, whenever you need them - A growing library of audio-guided tools across Movement, Mindfulness, and PTSD Recovery including body-based grounding, compassion-focused practices, and present-moment awareness exercises designed specifically for trauma survivors.
A coping library that grows with you - Simple, accessible tools for the hard moments not generic wellness tips, but practices grounded in trauma-informed care.
Your Skill of the Day - A personalised daily prompt, shaped by your own Coping Patterns so the support you're offered actually reflects what's helping you right now.
A calming space to return to - Ambient audio and visuals designed to soothe the nervous system, not overstimulate it.
Shared progress, with your full control - Clients can choose to generate a unique code and share it with their therapist, giving that therapist visibility into their healing progress between sessions. Nothing is shared without your say-so it simply gives the therapeutic relationship a clearer picture of what's working outside the room.
Why it's different?
This isn't a generic meditation app with trauma content bolted on.
Every practice, every word, and every pacing decision has been built with an understanding of what it actually feels like to carry trauma in the "body" because that's the work Integrative Therapy NQ does every day, in the room, with real clients.
