Therapy is flexible and responsive, integrating talk-based approaches with creative and body-based strategies to meet the developmental and emotional needs of teens.

Focus Areas: Anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and trauma.
Goals: Promote self-understanding, nervous system regulation, resilience, and personal growth.

Therapeutic support tailored to the needs of neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, and sensory processing differences.

Sessions are flexible, inclusive, and designed to honour and adapt to each client’s unique communication style, sensory preferences, regulation needs, and learning profiles. A strong emphasis is placed on creating a safe and responsive environment where neurodivergent individuals can thrive.

Methods include visual supports, sensory tools, structured routines, and movement-based activities such as physical exercise, stretching, and gross motor play to support regulation, focus, and engagement.
Goals are to enhance self-regulation, support executive functioning, build self-advocacy, promote physical and emotional wellbeing, and provide energy outlets in a neuro-affirming environment.

A slow, grounding movement practice designed to support nervous system regulation and bodily reconnection.
This approach honours client autonomy and choice, offering adaptive, invitational movements suitable for all bodies and trauma experiences.
Benefits: Improved body awareness, reduced anxiety, restored sense of safety, and enhanced emotional balance.
Ideal for: Individuals recovering from trauma or seeking gentle body-based self-care

A mindful and accessible movement practice focused on building core strength, postural stability, and physical confidence.
Our trauma-informed Pilates sessions are designed to support mind-body integration and complement emotional healing.

Suitable for: All fitness levels, including those managing chronic stress, anxiety, or trauma histories, pre or post-partum.
